23.01.2022 Ahhh, what Hunter Valley wedding dreams are made of A ceremony amongst the vines, arvo games and aperitivi on the lawn, and an intimate candle-lit dinner in a barrel room. Such a blast as always shooting alongside the gorgeous peeps from The Mountain Folk Films. 14.01.2022 Coffee and get ready together in the morning Stroll down to Shelly Beach Get married right on the sand Head to The Bower Restaurant to get married again (this time, Korean-style ) ... This day was SO MUCH FUN Hailey and Johnny are one of the smiliest, happiest and most relaxed couples I've ever met, and their wedding was full of the most fun, chill vibes all day long. Such a pleasure to witness some Korean wedding traditions while hanging out around one of Sydney's most iconic beaches Their friends flew over from pretty much every corner of the earth to be with them too, making for an incredibly diverse, interesting, everyone-becomes-instant-besties kinda crowd Have I mentioned I have a pretty cool job?

13.01.2022 Happy (Lao Wedding) First Anniversary to these two legends! One of the best parts of my job is getting to bear witness to some beautiful wedding traditions from all over the world. Julie and Rob kicked off day one of their two-day wedding celebrations with a gorgeous traditional Lao ceremony to celebrate Julie's heritage There was drumming and dancing in the street, shots of whiskey all round, plates and plates (and plates!) of amazing home-cooked food, plenty of traditional dancing, and just an all-round celebration of the coming together of two very different cultures, all becoming one family. Yep, I am so freaking lucky to be involved in gorgeous days like this!

Except when that couple are two of your closest friends, and you're there on the day celebrating right alongside them. 08.01.2022 This weekend is my last remaining free weekend until Christmas! (Yep, Novembers and Decembers are crazy ) But it's great because it means I've finally got a little time chill, reflect, plan, and of course, share some more clips from some of my fave weddings from this crazy but amazing 18 months This is a little clip from what is STILL one of my fave weddings ever. 05.01.2022 I'm not usually one to use the word "blessed" in social media posts (or anywhere)... But honestly I can't think of another word to describe just how lucky I feel that as part of my job, I get to witness and be a part of so many different cultural celebrations of love Julie & Rob's wedding unfolded over the course of two days, a few weeks apart. The first - a gorgeous traditional Lao ceremony to honour and celebrate Julie's heritage. The second, a big fat Macedonian wedding..., complete with drums, dancing on chairs, traditional costumes, and even a shaving session with an axe (you'll have to watch the vid to see out how that went down ) Big love to both the Chanthavong & Malinov families, who made ME feel like family on the day. And big thanks to Mike Mikha Photography, Sam Wyper Photography, and That Altar Guy for being absolute legends to work with
