17.01.2022 Today's post was inspired by a video I just watched regarding the elderly and loneliness and particularly at this time of year when the focus in on connections and family. We are so absorbed in our own worlds it is easy to loose sight of those who are around us. Life's experiences are our best teacher and having empathy for those who are going through something we have never experienced is all we can do. A smile or a conversation with someone you may not know is small gesture and take no effort on your part but could have great consequences for the receiver.
