25.01.2022 The Liberals have been exposed for accepting banned donations from their property developer Mayor who is facing NCAT for misconduct. After questioning by me in Budget Estimates the Liberal Minister for Local Government was shown to be missing in action when it comes to the developer Mayor of Strathfield. Thanks to Greg Warren MP for his hard work with me on this.

13.01.2022 With my Parliamentary colleagues Adam Searle MLC, Tara Moriarty & Walt Secord after a full days hearing of evidence on the Government’s proposed Mutual Recognition laws. Implemented in its current form the legislation will result in a total deregulation of high-risk occupations across state borders- which is unacceptable. The Labor team made sure trades and occupations were able to tell Parliamentarians their important concerns.
11.01.2022 I recently paid to tribute to the Peter Simpson, former Secretary of ETU Queensland and national president, who sadly passed away this year. Peter was a giant of the union movement and he improved the lives of so many workers.
