18.01.2022 It has been a fairly big challenge running the Market this weekend. The weather forecast has never been as accurate as it is today.. The Jung Market coordinators decided not to cancel the Jung Market, basing on previous history, Jung Market hasnt really been rained out, (except for today). ... A few Sellers did came but some did packed up, (which is understandable.) We were all still hoping the weather improves, but it didnt happen. Despite that, some Sellers did stayed and battled with the rain. Glad most of them have had happy sales results. It is always a pleasure working with you guys! A Big Thank You to all! For your effort and for making this June Market happen! JRRC

Heres some random photos from the Jung Market (28/07/2019) Stalls were spread out to the Carpark area due to wet oval grounds. It turned out to be a great day despite the weather. At the moment we are making inquiries and awaiting correspondence on the... Official Guidelines with regards to the reopening of the Jung Market. Following the reopening of a few local Markets in the area, Jung Market Organisers are now carefully planning on how to ensure public safety measures in relation to Covid-19 are properly put in place, which preparations might take a bit of time, considering the amount of people we are anticipating. Thank you all for your kind understanding. We all miss you and we definitely looking forward to seeing you all soon as restrictions are lifted and gatherings of much bigger crowd can go ahead.

As we open today, at 9:00 o'clock in the morning, We would like to take a few moments to reflect, appreciate and pay our respects to the Creator of this beautiful Universe we are all in, our Mother Earth, and all the Elements of Nature. We give thanks to the highest power, for the air we breathe, the water we drink, for our family, our community, for the good freinds, companions, for all the people we meet along the way, (past, present and future), an...d for everything we need to be grateful for. We would like to acknowledge the traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather and meet today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who are coming or visiting the Jung Market today. We pay our respects to the Leaders of the nation, to the leaders of our community, (past and present), to the Jung Recreation Reserve Committee, to our ever loyal Sellers and Patrons who supported us all through these years. We welcome all our visitors, travellers and passerbys. We hope everyone will have a good time. 08.01.2022 For the last few months, we had to cancel our Jung Market events due to Covid-19 public gathering restrictions. Even though Market is one of the essential community events that are allowed to open during the pandemic, the Committee decided to put our events on hold, as a safety measure. Considering our regular sellers (hundred + stalls) and the number of patrons and regular visitors. The reason why we had to cancel our events since the month of March this year. This will be t...he same case for this month, (October, 2020). This is to give way as we are preparing for our next opening date, 28 November, 2020. Ensuring we meet the Victorian Government's regulations and guidelines Thank you all, once again, for your kind understanding.
