21.01.2022 Happy New Year to all our members and followers Maroochy River CMC kick starts the year this thursday 30th January for our 1st Practice in the Bli Bli Hall 87 Willis Rd Bli Bli at 7pm all welcome to come along Our first meeting will be Thursday 6th February at 6.30pm in the Hall with practice following. Our 1st Concert for the year is on Sunday 9th February in the hall start time 12pm $8 admission afternoon tea included free tea and coffee all day Come along and have a great afternoon of Country Music with our great backing band alsoWalk ups are most welcome. 19.01.2022 Maroochy River CMC update Hi everyone our practices are going really well as we have now settled in with Temperature taking and disclaimer forms to fill out' Some members have brought their own mikes and mike covers which is great. Our new practice desk is working extremely well with being able to use guitar transmitters thru it thus cutting down on the amount of leads on the floor. We gather around in a high circle with our distancing and anyone with a guitar can join in hap...py chappies and chapettes all round Still our hall is only allowed 50 persons which is not viable at this stage for a concert. Fingers crossed for later in the year We would like to wish all our members who have been unwell and in hospital a speedy recovery We have a few new grandparents and great grandparents recently. 16.01.2022 Maroochy River Country Music Club Inc Update on restarting The committee and with the Bli Bli Hall will be recommencing our Practice nights from Thursday 18th June with no more than 20 people Practices will be on the main floor of Hall... Our 1st Concert at this stage will be August 9th at the Hall August is usually our Birthday concert but this will be now be celebrated at our September Concert So there will NOT be any Concert in JULY We will continue to keep you updated of any changes Any enquiries send to [email protected]

16.01.2022 Maroochy River Country Music Club will be resuming practices in the Hall 87 Willis Rd Bli Bli on Thursday June 18th at 7pm It will be restricted to 20 people only until July where we will be able to have 38 At the moment our usual crew is all we can have until July We still can't have any concerts in our hall until the distancing restrictions are eased so we will keep you udated. email me on [email protected] for any other information ... 14.01.2022 Maroochy River Country Music Club 87 Willis Rd Bli Bli is holding an extra special concert this sunday 8th March 12 pm We are recognising and celebrating the contribution our Life Member and founder of our club Kev Rimmington has had with Country Music over a long period time. Kev with Verlei in the early days were involved with a lot of clubs and their family grew up in the country music scene. Come along and help Kevie remember and reminisce with the memory board lots of stories I'm sure Walk Ups are most welcome $8 includes afternoon tea Children under 17 free We hope you can come along for some great music

12.01.2022 Maroochy River CMC had a fantastic day on sunday 8th March it was great to have along some of our earlier members to help Kev Rimmington celebrate his day and a big thankyou to Sandy Lewis for the memory board it was great reminiscing through the years.

08.01.2022 Maroochy River Country Music Club is celebrating a special concert on 8th March 12pm Bli Bli Hall Willis Rd Bli Bli We will be having our Charity Raffle for Life Flight so come along to support this worthy cause and It is our great pleasure to be able to celebrate and recognise our founder of our club and Life Member Kev Rimmington for his contribution to Country Music for many many years. Come along and reminisce with Kevie with our memory board I am sure there will there will be lots of stories to tell. We look forward to your company Admission is $8 which includes afternoon tea.

05.01.2022 Maroochy River Country Club members had their 1st practice at the Bli Bli Hall last Thursday. It was a very busy time to begin with what with signing all the forms and sanitizers and temperatures. We soon settled back into a routine and you couldn't take the smile off everyone's faces.
