24.01.2022 The wedding of Fiona and David was incredibly special ... an intimate ceremony with just the bride and groom and their two witnesses. The depth of feeling and emotion between these two gorgeous people was clear to see and Linda Pasfield’s home was the perfect venue as a backdrop to their declarations of lifelong commitment. And how about that fabulous navy blue wedding dress. It was sublime and suited Fiona perfectly. Thank you both again for inviting us into your wedding day. One to cherish and remember always. Thank you to Linda Pasfield Photography for the sublime photos. #marriedbyannie #lovebeingacelebrant #marriedintassie #ido #idotoo #magicmoments #yourdayyourway #launcestoncelebrant #marriedintasmania #tasmaniancelebrant #marriageequality #lovemyjob #lindapasfieldphotography

24.01.2022 Entally House holds a special place in my heart - it’s where Ian and I were married. When I was invited to be part of Sharon and Tony’s wedding celebration at this beautiful location, I was thrilled to say yes ... and it was an added bonus that it was to be held on 17 March which is our anniversary. Linda Pasfield Photography has again excelled with her beautiful photos of this intimate and very special ceremony, held with just a few close family members in the chapel at Entally House. Sharon will be a Single Lady forever now. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Single. #lindapasfieldphotoraphy #entallyhouse #marriedbyannie #lovebeingacelebrant #marriedintassie #ido #idotoo #magicmoments #yourdayyourway #launcestoncelebrant #marriedintasmania #tasmaniancelebrant #marriageequality #lovemyjob

24.01.2022 These beautiful photos were taken by Jason of Linda Pasfield Photography. Barry and Jenna are a gorgeous couple who were married at Quamby Estate on 14 December amongst their nearest and dearest family and friends. It was incredibly special for them both to have their children, Luke and Layla by their side as they exchanged vows and for the first time they all shared the same last name and became the Mitchell Family.

24.01.2022 Saturday 07 November was a very special day for Lee and Dave. They were married in the historic St. Peter’s Church at Nile - a beautiful church that is very dear to Dave’s family who still live in that area. Their’s was the most beautiful and emotional wedding with so many guests delighted that these two have tied the knot. It was especially meaningful that I had also officiated at Lee’s daughter Jade and her husband Daniel’s wedding a few years ago. The bridal party was made up of Lee’s son-in-law Daniel, her son Nathan, daughter Jade and Lee’s dearest friend, Rowena. A wedding I will always remember. Congratulations again Lee and Dave. It was truly wonderful to introduce you as Mr and Mrs Axton. Thanks too to Simon Lew for providing the photo of Lee and Dave (and to Ian who took the other two for me).

23.01.2022 What a beautiful surprise in today’s Newsfeed. Stunning footage of Danielle and Andrew’s wedding held a couple of months ago at the Enchanted Walk, Cradle Mountain. Thank you Real Feels Video. #Marriedbyannie #lovebeingacelebrant #marriedintassie #ido #idotoo #magicmoments #yourdayyourway #launcestoncelebrant #marriedintasmania #tasmaniancelebrant #marriageequality #lovemyjob #popupweddingstasmania #realfeelsmedia #cradlemountain

23.01.2022 The 22/02/2020 is the most popular date for weddings this year ... and this is where I spent my afternoon. This property at Underwood has been creatively and beautifully nurtured by its loving owners who are the neighbours of today’s bride and groom. Congratulations A and T. A stunning venue, the most genuine and loving bride and groom and perfect weather made for a most divine wedding. Megs, the last photo is just for you (and yes, I agree, Clint is the most versatile photographer) xx

21.01.2022 Every wedding is so very special ... but this one had added emotion. For Caitlin and Jye, their family is incredibly important and when the announcement was made by the Prime Minister at 9 30 pm on 24 March that weddings were to have only 5 people present, to take effect within a few short days, Caitlin messaged to ask if it was possible to be married the next day on a family property at Beaconsfield. All legal documents were in order ... and beautiful Linda Pasfield and I ...were determined to move heaven and earth if necessary to ensure this gorgeous couple could be married with their loved family and friends by their side. These photos tell the story of that precious day. True not everyone was able to be there at such short notice, but importantly Caitlin’s Dad, David, was able to walk his beloved daughter up the aisle and they were still able to have a celebration with loved ones watching on tearfully but happily. I am so honoured and privileged to have been part of Caitlin and Jye’s day and I again thank Linda Pasfield Photography for capturing the emotion of the day. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Kossman See more

21.01.2022 Beautiful Montana and Sam were married two weeks ago at Josef Chromy Wines. What a spectacular couple they are in every sense. It was such a joy to be part of their special day and to share it with the talented Kristy Lee of Kristy L photography. Congratulations again Mr and Mrs Kiely xxx

20.01.2022 Beautiful words from Fiona and David Wilkie who were married on 16 January. Spectacular photos (as always) from Linda Pasfield Photography. Linda, Ian and I were so privileged to be part of this incredibly special day for a couple who deserve all the very best in life. Congratulations again Fiona and David and may there be many, many happy days ahead xx

19.01.2022 Be still my heart ... these two are just divine. Lauren and Sam were married last Saturday, 14 March at the ever fabulous Quamby Estate. Everything about this wedding was perfect from the walk up of the beautiful flower girl Esther and the bridesmaids looking fabulous in soft pink ... to the arrival of the radiant bride with her proud Dad on her arm ... to the line up of handsome groomsmen looking very sharp in their dark suits. A fun, love story was shared with appreciative guests and a wonderful time was had by all. These photos are provided with the very kind permission of Clint from Clint and Bethanie Photography.

18.01.2022 Aren’t these photos by Lu+Lo magnificent. Bernie and Cam’s wedding at Eagles Nest, West Kentish was breathtaking in every way.

18.01.2022 Anyone who knows me even just a little bit, will quickly realise how much I love my role as a Celebrant. I get to meet the most wonderful couples, work at the most amazing venues, see Tassie’s most spectacular scenery and work with the most professional and fun wedding providers. All of that is reward in itself and I pinch myself every day for being so fortunate. I am humbled and beyond delighted to have been nominated by my couples as a finalist in this year’s Bride’s Choice Awards. It is such an honour to have been nominated amongst such dedicated wedding professionals. Thanks so much to all those who voted for their favourite wedding providers. We all appreciate it so much.

17.01.2022 Sarah from Bye Bye Blackbird Photography has managed to capture all the love and emotion of Jess and Tom’s wedding day at Waterton Hall on Saturday, 17 April. Jess and Tom have patiently readjusted their plans to accommodate Covid requirements and to ensure all their nearest and dearest could witness their commitment to each other. It was a joyful and fun celebration and yes, there was a tear or two but only because everyone was so very happy to see these two wonderful people marry. Congratulations again Jess and Tom. It was a real delight to meet you both and to help you plan your wedding day.

15.01.2022 As always, it was a delight to work with Anthony Pforr of Linda Pasfield Photography for the ‘divine’ wedding of David and Erin which was held on 29 February at the ever fabulous Quamby Estate. This loved-up bride and groom believe they were led to each other by ‘divine’ intervention and their love for each other was evident for all to see ... including Dave’s Dad who was celebrating his 19th birthday that day . Leap year weddings are such great fun and this one was celebrated in great style with the children of the bride and groom playing very special roles throughout the ceremony. Congratulations again to the Tomkins family.

14.01.2022 Ebony and Gary were married on the Village Green at Westbury on 07 March. It was such a special moment as Ebony arrived with her Dad and her step-Dad escorting her up the aisle to the sounds of Calum Scott’s You are the Reason. There were so many memorable moments in this ceremony and Ebony and Gary were a delight to meet. Thank you both for an incredibly special wedding to remember.

14.01.2022 Despite the wild wind on Friday, Teresa and Dennis had the most fabulous day to celebrate their wedding with close family as witnesses - some were even there in person - and others from all around the world joined in via Zoom. Intimate ceremonies are incredibly meaningful and I loved the way Teresa and Dennis chose music that had significance for them. Teresa chose Acker Bilk’s Stranger on the Shore for her walk up as her Dad used to play it for her. It was Teresa’s way of having her Dad accompany her for her special day. Dennis’ choices were more contemporary with a very joyful Happy Together by the Turtles to end the ceremony and to start the celebrations. Congratulations again Mr and Mrs Carnell. It was a joy to be part of your day. Thanks too to the talents of Linda Pasfield Photography who has captured these fabulous photos.

12.01.2022 I am really looking forward to my first wedding at sensational Vaucluse at Conara. Rehearsal today was fun and I am sure tomorrow will be even more enjoyable.

12.01.2022 These photos posted by the wonderful people at Delicious Little Things show some of the magic moments of my last wedding for the season. Jess and Tom are the most delightful couple who have had three previous wedding plans changed due to Covid. It was wonderful that their big day came together so perfectly yesterday. Congratulations Delicious Little Things. Those desserts look amazing. Waterton Hall: what an awesome venue

11.01.2022 Allow me to introduce the amazing Judy and Pam who travelled from WA to elope on a rainy, misty yet fabulous day at Cradle Mountain. It was a true delight to meet ‘my’ brides for the first time and to witness the love they share. These two special ladies have anticipated their wedding day for a long, long time and it was an understandably emotional and very personal ceremony. Congratulations Judy and Pam. Enjoy the rest of your Tassie holiday. These beautiful photos are provided by the talented Tamara Langmaid of TL Photography.

11.01.2022 As we wrap the end of another wedding season, Ian and I are reflecting back on so many memorable couples, sensational venues, joyful guests, stunning floral displays, cute page boys and flower girls, attentive bridesmaids and groomsmen ... we could go on. It is especially wonderful that we get to share these experiences together. Having Ian with me for these big moments is incredibly special and when you receive recommendations like this one that recognises the very real and valuable part he plays in ‘our team’ it makes my heart sing. We have the best job in the world.

11.01.2022 One of the joys of being a celebrant is the network of beautiful friends you make - other celebrants, venue providers, photographers, videographers, stylists, make up artists, cake makers, dress makers ... and the list goes on. This week I have had some lovely Easter surprises with photographers and videographers sharing their work that has captured our couples’ special days. Today this lovely video from Yamina Gold popped into my newsfeed. I loved reliving Lauren and Sam’s beautiful wedding day held at the ever fabulous Entally House. Thank you so much for sharing it with me.

11.01.2022 If you think this dress looks beautiful ... just wait until you see the stunning bride wearing it ... and aren’t they the most sensible wedding shoes you have ever seen! More to come ... thanks to Anthony Pforr of Linda Pasfield Photography. Love your work xx

11.01.2022 Laura and Drew chose New Year’s Eve to be married and what better way is there to ring in the New Year than to become husband and wife and to celebrate with your family and your very best friends. Quamby Estate is such a fabulous venue to show off the best of what Tassie has to offer to interstate and overseas wedding guests. Congratulations Laura and Drew and thank you to the talented Astrid Simone Photography for these stunningly beautiful photos.

11.01.2022 Time for the wedding celebrations to really begin.

10.01.2022 Rain on your wedding day is nothing to worry about especially if your plan B is fabulous photographer Linda Pasfield’s atmospheric apple shed. It was the perfect place to elope and Alicia and Todd enjoyed every moment with their very cute flower girls. An elopement package with Linda is a perfect solution to a fun and stress-free wedding. Congratulations again Alicia and Todd xxx

10.01.2022 2020 has been a heartbreaking year for so many couples who were looking forward to planning their weddings. It has been especially challenging for those who had hoped to include interstate and overseas guests. Some of my couples are onto their third plan ... and still the future seems uncertain. Hang in there! It will all be worth it. It was therefore a lovely surprise to see this spectacular True Bride post in my Newsfeed today. Grace and Connor are a genuinely beautif...ul couple and their wedding day was perfect in every way. It was great to team up with the fabulous Sue Dibella at Quamby Estate to ensure that all plans came together seamlessly and it’s always a delight to work with Clint of Clint and Bethanie Photography. We are all very much looking forward to a time when we can celebrate the wedding celebrations of many more couples. They will seem all the sweeter for the wait. In the meantime if you would like to support a wonderful Tassie couple, I am sure Grace and Connor would appreciate your vote.

10.01.2022 This wedding was right out of a fairytale. Anna and Tom were made for each other and their wedding ceremony held at Tom’s family’s bush property was the perfect place to celebrate their special day. Many happy times have been spent on this property and Anna and Tom wanted to be able to reflect on their wedding day, knowing that it would form part of the rich tapestry of their family’s story. Congratulations to you both. I loved being part of your incredible wedding day. Thank you so much to Kristy L Photography for these divine photos.

09.01.2022 If Vaucluse was spectacular yesterday ... it was sensational today. I highly recommend this beautiful venue.

07.01.2022 A very special commitment ceremony took place on the beach at Weymouth this afternoon. One of the joys of my role is to help couples create a personal, individual and perfect ceremony for their unique needs ... and this one was absolutely gorgeous. This is all l can share for now ... but watch this space.

07.01.2022 Hollie and Sam’s wedding was a wonderful and long-awaited celebration ... and it was definitely worth the wait. Quamby Estate was their venue choice and their day could not have been more perfect. Congratulations again Mr and Mrs McEneney. Thanks to the very joyful and happy bride for providing these gorgeous photos xx

07.01.2022 ... and 2019, that’s a wrap. These delightful photos were taken at Laura and Drew’s wedding held at the ever fabulous Quamby Estate today. What a way to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The six flower girls were absolutely amazing and were so proud and happy to fulfil their role for this wonderful couple. Happy New Year everyone. Thank you all for your support and best wishes. I have had the most beautiful couples to work with this year and am so appreciative that they have all invited me into their wedding celebrations.

06.01.2022 So ... this happened tonight. Very proud to be amongst the Top 10 Celebrants in the 2020 Brides Choice Awards and so humbled that my couples voted for me. It was a great night to catch up with other wedding industry friends and colleagues and to be able to celebrate the stellar efforts of so many fabulous professionals.

04.01.2022 Cradle Mountain was at its misty, moody, most fabulous best for the very beautiful Valentine’s Day elopement of Lucy and Nathan. For those who wonder if elopements are still emotional and meaningful, I can assure you they certainly are and these beautiful photos will provide all the proof you need. Lucy and Nathan, it was a true honour to be a witness to your love and I thank the talented Astrid Simone Photography for these wonderful images. https://www.facebook.com/136495609715062/posts/3076885539009373/

01.01.2022 In these difficult times people innovate and create and find wonderful solutions. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did. Happy ‘staying safe’ everyone xx
