02.01.2022 Hello beautiful people, Mindfulness Classes are launching on the 11th of January ! Located on Strathalbyn, Strathalbyn :) (address will be sent when booking) ... These classes are for females who struggle with stress, depression & anxiety - all classes are for beginners so if you have never done any yoga or meditation before these classes are perfect for that!
