20.01.2022 After a beautiful day out in nature, I spent the night rearranging things at the Institute and updating the website with a new meditation session, Spirit Uncensored events, and workshops. Nothing better than nature for a bit of inspiration. In saying that, it doesn’t take much to inspire me to do what I love. A big thank you to each and every one you for all of your support. I will make some time to get on at some stage this week and do some live readings. I get such a buzz out of connecting with you that way. If life has more lessons for you, may they come in kindness and abundance.

17.01.2022 It’s like you wake up one morning and your kids are old enough to date and it feels like all of a sudden adults appeared. I’m sure other parents know the sudden feeling of realising just how adult your kids are! We were talking about relationships and they asked me (sorry kids) How do you know if the one you’re dating is the one? Luckily for me I’ve got spirit on standby to help me with the tricky questions. The One is the person who makes you feel safe. Common values, ...communication skills and all of those other elements matter, but for those few lucky ones of us who get to find our soulmate, it’s the one that your heart feels peace with. You may have disagreements, struggles, bad days and despite all of that you feel safe with them. Through it all, you feel their love. Love isn’t fair to all of us. We wouldn’t do the things we are meant to do if we all had our soulmates by our side. We’d probably become too content and never strive for more. 16.01.2022 Today’s Message From Spirit.... WHAT YOU FEEL IS TRAPPING YOU IS A REMINDER OF YOUR OWN DESIRES AND A REMINDER THAT WHAT YOU DO IS YOUR CHOICE. NOBODY OWNS THE MAGIC THAT IS YOU! So many of us now are feeling trapped for different reasons. We might feel trapped in the wrong job, the wrong relationship, in commitments we can’t get out of, and so on. ... Those of us who rarely speak up about what we want and even more rarely demand it are likely to be feeling this more. There’s nothing like an overwhelming sense of feeling trapped to make you realise your own desires. We get so busy looking after everybody else and what they want that we often forget about ourselves. Many of us are also feeling incredible pressure to make decisions as a result of feeling so restricted. You may feel torn between what you are supposed to to and what you want to do. The message is clear.... You are being forced in a certain direction. Don’t fight it. Don’t overthink it. Go with the flow and trust that there is plan that results in you getting what you want even if it doesn’t seem that way now. You will be forced to compromise but it is different this time. 14.01.2022 Today’s Message From Spirit..... WE HOLD ONTO PAIN TO HOLD ON TO THE PERSON! When we are struggling to let go of pain it is because we are struggling to let go of the person attached to it. ... When somebody passes over, we hold onto the pain because we want to hold on to them. When somebody breaks our heart, hurts us, or betrays us, we hold on to the pain because sometimes we aren’t ready to lose them. Sometimes we are holding on because we want them to see how they made us feel, we want them to be sorry, we want them to hurt to or to get what we think they deserve. When we realise that holding onto that pain will never bring a person back, will never open their eyes and hearts to how we feel, and will never bring vengeance or our idea of justice, we can finally let it go. It’s time to let go of the pain and the person. Loved ones don’t leave us, we don’t have to hold on. It isn’t our responsibility to suffer in order to teach those of us who have hurt us a lesson, and those that have left us don’t deserve us. You’ll have to let go at some point so save yourself more grief and make a conscious choice to do it now. Moving on is inevitable.

I really appreciate your care and support. The site is completely working. I am booking out quicker than I can blink and that is why dates appear as unavailable. There are no technical issues at this time. I do understand the frustration many of you are feeling. I really wish I could offer mor...e times and promise I am working to my maximum. I do feel really bad about not being able to accomodate everybody but will continue to go live and pass on as many messages and as much support as I can through social media. 04.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I will no longer be offering private readings. I was so excited about coming back to it, and I enjoy every reading I am blessed to be able to do. Unfortunately I cannot keep up with the demand. I am so incredibly lucky and grateful for the thousands of emails and the effort that so many make to see me and believe in me. Being one person, it’s impossible to see everybody and answer the emails I get each day, and understandably that causes a lot of... frustration. What has been hard for me is the constant abuse since starting again. I understand what it feels like to be in pain and want guidance, although I’ve had to cop some horrible treatment because I have missed emails and not been able to fit people in. When I arrived at work yesterday there was a very nasty letter under my door from somebody who wanted a booking and wasn’t able to get in. It really hurt me and I had to put that aside to work all day until 8pm. It was a hard day. It’s also unfair that my friends and family have to deal with it as well. They don’t deserve to be hassled or made to feel bad because of me. I do pour my heart out into helping others but for a great many the respect just isn’t there. Even little things like when I was out with my friends and they overheard two women saying I just wanted to grab her and say Bitch book me in. It’s not a big deal but I don’t want to be regarded as a bitch when I really want to help them. The email threats are actually quite scary. I can’t believe people think that will make me read for them. Quite the opposite. I don’t want to rant about it because I also get to deal with a great number of amazing people and to all of you I am eternally grateful. I just need to cut that negativity loose because it is weighing me down. I will continue to run reiki treatments, workshops, meditation sessions, and Spirit Uncensored events which are group readings. The moon takes place in the sign of Pisces making this a wonderful time for new or revitalised love, creativity, change, and tying up loose ends. 01.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, and great grandfathers in our lives wherever they may be! Our dads (and grandfathers) influence who we are in society and in our relationships more than anybody else in our lives, even if they are absent (often especially then!). The influence of our mothers takes on a different, co-existent, but not less important role. Whether our fathers have been a positive or negative influence in our lives, they have shaped who we are.... The worst of fathers can create something positive in a child. No matter what the nature of your relationship with your father, today is perfect for reflecting on what you learnt from your dad. Celebrate the gifts and the positive things about you that exist because of him. Did you know that spiritually what a father wishes something for their child has so much more power than the wishes of a mother? (Don’t be offended mums..... we have other powers!)
