11.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone! Just a quick update for you all! To date we are still busy re-arranging our clients travel plans that have been affected by COVID-19. Currently, most suppliers/airlines have policies in place for bookings that have departure dates up to 31 August 2020. In some instances, we are seeing policies going past August, however some are still only up to July and are yet to be affected. ... Accordingly, we will be in touch with everyone who still has an active booking with us in due course once we have more information regarding your options. Also, last week we said our goodbyes to Sophie, who has taken up a new position outside of the travel industry. Everyone who had the pleasure of dealing with Soph, would agree that she will be sadly missed. Soph, we wish you all the very best in your new career. We have enjoyed watching you grow into a wonderful consultant over these past 4 years and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for you! 05.01.2022 Update on current bookings - as at 09 October 2020. To date we are still busy re-arranging our clients travel plans that have been affected by COVID-19. Currently, most suppliers/airlines have policies in place for bookings that have departure dates up to 30 November. In some instances, we are seeing policies going past November, however some are still only working on departure date order up to November which are yet to be affected and attended to.... We are also in the process of reassessing bookings that were affected early on in the peace as now many of the airlines/suppliers policies have changed or have been updated. Accordingly, we will be in touch with everyone who who falls into these categories in due course or those who still has an active booking with us once we have more information regarding your options. Refunds: Please note that we are working hard behind the scenes to obtain refunds on our clients behalf where possible. Unfortuantely due to the overwhelming backlog, the airlines/ suppliers systems are not designed to handle such workload, meaning that we are experiencing much longer than anticipated delays to receive these funds. We ask that you please be patient during these unpresedented times and thank you for your cooperation. As you will be aware, our office is temporarily closed to the public and our wonderful consultants are still working from home. This decision wasn’t made lightly however the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our utmost priority. Please note that it is still business as usual and we are available to be contacted between Monday Friday on the below contact list however our hours do vary.
