23.01.2022 How will you say thank you to your OOSH educators? A chance to say thank you for the support OOSH educators provide and acknowledge their contribution to our children's education, health, safety, and wellbeing. Thank you to my team who strive and do amazing work every day!

22.01.2022 Our centre is reviewing our Coronavirus Policy to ensure we are being proactive in preventing the spread. Starting today we have made some changes to the drop off and collection procedure. The parent area has been removed. ... There will be designated areas for families to stop and wait 1. outside of veranda gate and 2. at the stairs next to the basketball court. Please do not pass these areas that have a sign asking you to stop at that point. Please signal one of our educators and they will organise your child to come to you. Our educators will be as vigilant and quick as possible. But please remember our priority is supervision and we appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any suggestions on how our centre can help prevent the spread or any concerns please let us know. Thank you from our team for helping us do what we can to keep everyone safe. Courtney Booth Director

06.01.2022 Families please remember to reverse park in the school car park - this rule has been made to ensure everyone's safety and we appreciate and thank all of our fam...ilies following the rules and speaking up when they notice others not doing the same. Failure of families complying with the car park rules WILL RESULT IN NO ACCESS TO THE SCHOOL CAR PARK for OOSH altogether - we don't want this to happen but children's safety is our priority. Help us keep everyone safe.

03.01.2022 It's almost vacation care time!!!

03.01.2022 Our service will be transitioning back to the childcare subsidy system. The free childcare package was due to be renewed by the 28th June 2020 to decide whether it will continue or resume to the Childcare Subsidy system as normal prior to the pandemic. It has been announced that the free childcare package will end on the 12th July 2020. ... This means from the 12th July all fees resume back to normal and are payable in advance complying with our Fees Policy and with Childcare Subsidy entitlements for families. The 12th of July falls on the second week of the holidays during vacation care. This means week 2 of vacation care must be paid prior to children attending the vacation care period (before week 1 of vacation care) to secure bookings. Also, accounts will be charged for week 1-2 of term 3. This invoice will be issued on the 6th July 2020 and is due to be paid 19th July. This invoice pattern will continue as per normal before the pandemic. Please find attached a calendar with all of this information in a visual view. Hopefully this will ease the transition. Childcare subsidy (CCS) entitlements to be loosened for families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been announced also that with the transition back to the childcare subsidy system the government will loosen the criteria for subsidised care for families who have been impacted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic up to the 4th of October 2020 where eligible families will be entitled to 100 hours per fortnight for subsidised care. Please note your entitlement to CCS is applied for and determined by Centrelink. Our service has no control over CCS entitlements. Please speak to me if you have any questions about the transition or what fees will look like for you. I understand some families are impacted by the pandemic financially and returning to normal fees may not be financially suitable. Please come and speak with me to discuss any concerns over this and if there is anything we can do in our capacity to support you before ruling out care as an option. Courtney Booth, Director
