22.01.2022 LIFE UPDATE I have an important update today: I've made the difficult but exciting decision to close my books for house sitting. I'll continue providing this service to my existing clients but going forward I won't be taking on any new ones. However I'll still look at doing visits, feeds, and walks on a case by case basis, and may look at offering an in-my-home dog sitting service in the future.... While I absolutely adore Mary Pawpins and the gorgeous pets I've met along the way, I'm trying to juggle full time work, a (wonderful) relationship, socialising, a healthy lifestyle, and building the business while going from place to place for in home sitting. It's left me run ragged, been tough on my mental health, and often challenging for my loved ones. Therefore I'm stepping back to get some better balance. I hope you all understand. I am so grateful for my wonderful clients for supporting me and letting me in to their homes and trusting me with their pets

22.01.2022 How good was it to finally see some sun today?! I completely underestimated how soggy the park would still be and took the boys for a play. They loved it, but needed a good wash when we got back we spent a good amount of time sitting in the sun lapping it up today too, which was divine. These two make wonderful companions!

Can anybody point me in the direction of a local group for the Coffs Harbour area (or Woolgoolga area in particular if it exists) where I may be able to find people needing a pet and/or house sitter over Christmas? A community group or specific sitters group? Or websites for promoting? We are heading up that way for Christmas and have apparently left it too late for most accommodation options

05.01.2022 What a wonderful Newy weekend with Harper! First brunch at a cafe in months, a trip to the dog park, many snuggles while I read an entire book in an afternoon/evening, a big walk, and lots of fetch and belly rubs. Harper has been a regular of mine for a good while now, and he is just such a joy to look after. I have missed all the pups so much and am loving getting back to a bit of normalcy

03.01.2022 Max and Charlie have been my enthusiastic step assistants this weekend! And sometimes that's just what I need This month I'm participating in Steptember, pledging to walk at least 10,000 steps a day and raise money through donations for Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Having walking buddies like these two makes it an absolute delight!!
