17.01.2022 Finally completed my practitioner of pregnancy massage. This allows me to treat pregnancy throughout each trimester, acknowledging high risk and complex pregnancies. I’m so excited to be able to help release and give relief to those aches and pains caused by being pregnant.

09.01.2022 As you go about your day remember to have a stretch. When a cat, dog or any other animal awakens they stretch. Sitting, standing or just being in the one spot for too long can cause muscle shortening, stretch them out. You will feel amazing, maybe you might even be as agile as a cat.
