20.01.2022 Hello everyone!! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and had the chance to spend it with your loved ones! From the 6th of January, I will be open 3 days a week instead of 2. Every Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 3.30pm. I am also hoping to be able to reopen few evenings a week from 7.30pm. I will keep everyone updated! 19.01.2022 Remedial Massage Therapy Update Hello wonderful people! I hope everyone is doing well!... Just letting you know that at this stage I am unfortunately unable to resume work with the current easing of restrictions. I am hopeful for an announcement on Sunday that will see me able to open up online bookings. I am hoping to start working from the 28th October pending advice from the government on easing of restrictions. I will update you when I know more as I know that many of you are in need of a well deserved massage. Thank you

18.01.2022 Hello everyone just checking in to see how you are all doing in this strange times? It’s been awhile since I posted something since I have been pretty busy looking after my 3 year old daughter/ evil child 24/7 ( bless daycare staff, teachers and grandparents). I finally found the time to write a little something ... So, Feel free to reach out to me if you need to. I m offering any help or advice over the phone. From stretching techniques to self massage tips at home. Make sure your getting regular walks and at home exercise where you can as it definitely helps keep the body loose and it's good for the mood and spirit. I will post a different stretch when I can to help you all out . It will be a different muscle each time. Also, Remedial therapists are allowed to work again in Victoria but my Association and myself don’t think it is safe to practice just yet. However, I am hoping to reopen in the next couple of weeks but will only take 1 client a day to start. I will keep you updated and feel free to msg me if you are considering booking a treatment in the next couple of weeks. 17.01.2022 With the announcement tonight of Victoria going back into lock down, I decided to close my practice until the lockdown gets lifted. Sorry for inconvenience and will keep you all posted on my next move. I apologise to all my clients that had appointments booked this week. Take care

15.01.2022 As a lot of you already know, the Victorian premier has announced that restrictions will ease again at midnight on Tuesday 27 October. This means that Remedial massage therapy is back in business from Wednesday ... I cannot wait to see you all soon however, I have the responsibility to be cautious with the reopening of my practice and I hope you will all understand the little restrictions. I will only be open for 2 days a week, every Wednesdays and Fridays for the rest of the year! I will also only take 2/3 bookings a day maximum for the first 3 weeks to minimise the risk of contamination and to be able to properly sanitise my treatment room. I will ask everyone to still wear a mask during the treatment and to cancel their bookings if they are feeling unwell prior to the treatment. 13.01.2022 Hello Everyone! Hope you had a good weekend and a good week so far! Here are the appointments available for this week: Wednesday 12.30 to 3.30pm... Thursday 9am, 10am- from 12.30 to 2pm Friday 9am,10am- from 12.30 to 3.30pm I am only taking 3 clients a day this week so if a time suits you msg me asap as I cannot guarantee that it will be available for long. 11.01.2022 Hello everyone! I am happy to announce that I will be reopening my home base clinic from next week!! I will only open for a few days and hours to start and will gradually increase the availabilities! At this stage I will only be open next week:... Wednesday from 9am to 3pm Thursday and Friday from 8.30 to 2pm I m only booking 2 people a day so spots will fill in quickly. I will ask you to wear a mask( that I will be providing) if the treatment involve you being supine. I will be releasing other days and times for the following week very shortly. I cannot wait to massage again but also want to be cautious in the way I am delivering treatments as I want to protect my family, my clients and myself. As before the covid 19, I will ask you to cancel the appointment if you have any symptoms of being sick, and won’t charge a cancellation fee. 08.01.2022 Hello to my lovely clients. First of all, I apologise for being so quiet during the covid lockdowns but I’ve been very busy with learning how to manage my 3 years old daughter health since she was diagnosed in march with diabetes type 1. I also have been learning new techniques and modalities that I can’t wait to implement in my treatments. ... I m really happy to announce that I will be re opening my practice on the 7th of October, provided the case numbers stay down and that we can go to stage 3 or under. I made some changes regarding the days that I will be open until the end of the year. My home base clinic will be open 2 days a week only, on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 4pm. I will also be asking my clients to wear a masks on arrivals and when supine on the treatment table. I am happy to provide the masks if you don’t have one. I am already starting to get bookings, so book online or contact me if you don’t want to be disappointed and secure a spot. I am So excited to be able to see everyone again and help as much as I can with your pains and aches. Take care and hope you have all stayed well and safe during this lockdown.

07.01.2022 To all my clients, at this point I am still not allowed to practice so I will have to keep my doors closed for another 3 weeks. Hopefully, we can anticipate going back to the next step which may be on the 19th of October. I will keep you updated on this page.... In the mean time, cheer up, we are almost there, and I cannot wait to start again and help you out with you pain and discomfort.

02.01.2022 Hello everyone, it’s been a long time since I posted something as life got very busy. Just letting you know that I will be closing my practice for a week in April from the 12th to the 19th of April. Also, As some of you already know , We have been blessed with another baby so I will be taking maternity leaves from the 15th of May until November.... I will be posting closer to November with more details regarding the days that I will be reopen. I would like to thank all my new and long time clients for supporting my business and for making me love my profession so much. I hope to see you all again in November and please, look after yourself as we are given only 1 body and it is worth looking after it. Thank you Eloise
