21.01.2022 <3 :) Healthy food definitely adds to a healthy living! Ever had a Raw Alfredo Sauce on your raw pasta? Why not try it today?... 2 1/2 cups cashews 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 cloves garlic 1 1/2 cups water 1 teaspoon thyme spice 1 teaspoon sea salt Soak the nuts in a hot water first, then blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix with your raw pasta (like zucchini pasta) and top with fresh ground pepper and fresh herbs. Enjoy this healthy meal!!

'BANANA, AVOCADO & COCOA SMOOTHIE' Ingredients are now in season: ... 1 banana 1/2 avocado 1 tsp cocoa (or maybe 1.5 tsp) Handful of frozen raspberries 100 mL of Rice milk or Almond milk 150mls water Blend it all together and ENJOY!!! :) I especially like this one in the morning, it has lot's of nutrition and it's very filling.

11.01.2022 :) The saying says 'You are what you eat'. Let's eat healthy and be healthy... RAW BEETROOT, CARROT & CELERY SLAW by Michelle Bridges. Ingredients for 2 servings: ... 2 beetroots (250g), peeled and greated 2 celery sticks, trimmed and cut 1 large carrot, greated 2 tbs of chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp of wholegrain mustard 1 tbs white balsamic vinegar 2 tsp olive oil Squeeze any excess moisture from the beetroot, and combine with celery and carrot. Whisk together the mustard, vinegar and oil. Add to the slaw and gently toss to combine. This healthy awesomeness can make a great snack, healthy lunch or a nice side dish. Enjoy!!! TIP: Wear rubber gloves when peeling the beetroot to avoid staining your hands.

01.01.2022 <3 :) If you are going to spend few moments in front of the fire, or somewhere cozy, you might like to make this yummy soup. Definitely my choice this weekend! So cozy, so comforting and just so creamy. Best of all, this is made in 30 min from start to finish - so quick and easy!... INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon olive oil 250g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 250g mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 onion, diced 3 carrots, peeled and diced 2 stalks celery, diced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 4 cups chicken stock 1 bay leaf 1/2 cup half and half, or more, as needed cream* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves 1 sprig rosemary INSTRUCTIONS Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, to taste. Add chicken to the stockpot and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes; set aside. Melt butter in the stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, onion, carrots and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in thyme until fragrant, about 1 minute. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Whisk in chicken stock, bay leaf and chicken thighs, and cook, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in half and half until heated through, about 1-2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste. If the soup is too thick, add more half and half as needed until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and rosemary, if desired. NOTES *Half and half is equal parts of whole milk and cream. For 1 cup half and half, you can substitute 3/4 cup whole milk + 1/4 cup heavy cream or 2/3 cup skim or low-fat milk + 1/3 cup heavy cream.
