25.01.2022 Today is earth day but if you ask me every day we should be thinking of and supporting our home, however today is a great day to reflect on our impact on this biodiverse floating rock in the great wide universe. I challenge you today to go outside and spend some time in nature and really appreciate its beauty and power and to not be blown away with how well it is balanced and poised. Dont tip this planet off balance by buying throw away plastics or by eating meat for every m...eal, instead plant a tree or care for a plant or animal. 20.01.2022 After an eye opening day of energy study and practice Saturday I began my journey as a Reiki healer.. Completing my certificate in Reiki 1, the first of 3 stages. What is reiki you may ask? Reiki is not very easy to define or summarize but ill try ... It is energy manipulation within the body, through a therapist into a client.This natural therapy can help restore emotion and physical wellbeing. ... Before using Reiki on clients therapeutically i need to complete further stages of this study, but i look forward to the journey ahead and in the future incorporating this into my Remedial massage sessions. I was lucky enough to be taught by the gifted Reiki master and all round spectacular soul Monica at The Enchantress. Monica offers a range of courses and healing through many alternative modalities and spiritual practices.

05.01.2022 Things are changing. Massage with Caire's last week at the Sheidow park location will be next week. This means get in quick before the studio is all packed up. I am making big shifts in my life and as they might be daunting they are exciting too. I have realized as of late the strengths and weakness of my soul and I am embarking on a new journey for the next big thing for me and this business. Mobile massage will still be available for a little while longer in Adelaide but m...essage me to figure out if this will work for you. I would like to take a second to thank everyone in Adelaide who has helped with this amazing growth of Massage with Caire, it has been an eye opening journey for me and I have really felt the love and support from you all. This is a great article detailing the basics of the body and how we are built compared to how we live .... Our bodies need nutrient rich food, not just a bulk of food, the same with exercise. If you are doing a beneficial exercise or stretch you are doing yourself a service, compared to running every morning on a hard concrete path. We can all do little things to keep our moss from building up, yoga is one, exercise another and of course massage. Take care of your temples everyone.
