22.01.2022 When you have a safety switch that keeps on tripping, often the issue can be narrowed down to an appliance or water in a light fitting. However, sometimes electrical faults can be incredibly challenging to identify and locate. Mastaflow's electricians have almost 20 years of experience in fault finding and repairs. They have all of the tools and knowledge to quickly and accurately track down and repair even inaccessible and intermittent faults. After a rental tenant reported occasional tripping of one of their power circuits, this water-damaged electrical connection (stuck in a wall after a kitchen renovation and not accessible) was swiftly located, repaired, and a small access panel was installed to leave the job neat and tidy.

17.01.2022 Electrical issues around the house can often be heard or even smelt before becoming a visible issue. Mastaflow recently attended a property to repair a bathroom switch that had caught fire. Thankfully, the resident was home and isolated the power, but things could have been much worse had no one been home! The resident explained to the attending electrician that they could hear buzzing and smell a slight burning smell in the hallway adjacent to the bathroom days before the ...switch caught fire.
