23.01.2022 Before and after Bathroom renovation. This bathroom had severe water damage in the subfloor. We replaced all the floor joists with new hardwood and lowered the floor to accommodate the stepless shower base. The bathroom is very narrow at 1.8 m so we replaced the doorway with a narrow door to allow a wider shower base. Water Proofing was applied using Ardex WPM 155 modified polyurethane under tile waterproofing to Australian standard 3740. Floors are replaced with 19mm compressed fibre cement sheet which is water resistant and as tough as it comes. All walls were replaced with compressed cement sheet, we never use plasterboard. All our cutting tools are integrated into Festool dust extraction to minimise any dust. Let us know if you like it all comments are appreciated.

14.01.2022 Before and after Bathroom Renovation

08.01.2022 This bathroom renovation was a challenge. Floors were lowered to the same height as the existing flooring. All walls needed new top and bottom plates as water damage existed. The client chose a beautiful Italian terrazzo tile 600 x 600. A new ceiling and cornice was also installed. We take the time to get all walls and floors straight and plumb so all the other trades have no issues and the result is excellent.
