11.01.2022 Introducing our guest Hip-Hop teacher for the upcoming workshops - JOSH LAMMERETZ from The Mob Industry of Dance. Josh started his professional dancing experience in 2010, focusing on all different styles of dance. Josh found that his true passion is Hip Hop. In 2012 Josh secured a spot at the House of Sole in Nambour. He continued to dance there for another 4 years competing all around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast for many of their teams including the original Hooligans. ...Near the end of 2015 joined The Hood Dance Academy where he has had many opportunities to compete internationally at the Hip Hop International World Championships. To this day he continues to compete and teach for the Hood Dance Academy and now is proud to share his skills and knowledge further by creating his own brand and company. His goal for the future and this company is to encourage kids to pursue their dreams and prepare them for future opportunities in dance. 10.01.2022 We currently have spaces available in our popular intermediate contemporary class on a Tuesday at 4.45-5.30pm! This class is great for kids who want to have a bit more freedom in dance but still learn the technique of contemporary including floor work, travelling steps and choreography. But here we are and we feel incredibly blessed to be able to hold a performance and show off all our amazing students and classes!! .... We are excited that our families can actually watch and enjoy a live performance this year! . We titled our concert this year ‘Movement with Meaning’ - our business Tagline. It has always been so much more than just dance. Whether it’s a story behind the dancing, the meaningful lyrics in a song, the way a song or dance can make you feel strong, empowered, happy or inspired.
