16.01.2022 Certificate in Building and Construction Diploma in Building and Construction On behalf of myself and my family, I wanted to thank Masters in Building Training for the tremendous support and care whilst studying the above courses. My experience over the past near-two decades in the building and construction industry was the main drive for my interest in attaining my personal building license. I desired to achieve this target for my personal benefit as with the expansion of o...ur small-business, given our plans for a stronger and more operative developing firm that would stand out in the industry. With this target in mind, we didnt need to search beyond your organisations capacity to convert peoples dreams into actuality. Our initial approach with your office to commence my apprenticeship was not invasive nor demeaning, despite my age and gender. I felt a part of the team and a part of a joint goal to accomplish what many would believe impossible. It was comforting to see that not only your admin team were easy to communicate with, but the actual trainers were able and willing to provide their support through a variety of mediums. The regular group and personal emails kept me on track, and the phone calls and site visits were more than appropriate. The live and recorded videos on the questions/answers were also useful as they often provided constructive feedback on my answers. It was also very accommodating to attend your office and meet some of the team members whom work hard to keep the business strong and dominant. The questions and content through both courses were very relevant and appropriate, and I was glad to see first-hand some of the updates of the questions that had required refreshers to align with the ongoing industry changes. I am proud to say that with your reliable system, it has made the entire process much easier and more effective. I have had the satisfaction of great support from your crew, and in the time between the certificate and the diploma, I had the benefit of working with different trainers of diverse backgrounds in the industry; some standing out as very resourceful. Your service was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend all keen learners to join your team in assisting to mold their futures in this increasingly growing and changing industry. MIBT have raised the bar with customer focus for business and individual training needs, we can only hope that other companies of different industries upkeep their business with customers the way that your elite team have done so.
