22.01.2022 Now here’s something you don’t see very often. Currently in production a kitchen manufactured entirely from solid timber, yes even the carcass is American Oak.
21.01.2022 During these extremely difficult times Mathews Timber have had to make some changes to keep everyone safe whilst we still remain open! ************************* Due to the health crisis we are all currently facing, management have decided to bring in strict measures to protect both our staff and our valued customers. ... On entry please use the hand sanitiser provided. As from today (March 30th, 2020) there can be no more than 2 customers inside the factory at any one time. This includes the retail sales desk area. If there are 2 people in the factory already we ask you to wait outside until the area is clear. We thank you for your understanding in these difficult times. Please stay safe and healthy. 04.01.2022 Stage 4 of lockdown has arrived and whilst we are fortunate to remain open, as of Thursday August 6th there will be changes to the way our business operates. . All retail transactions will take place wirelessly. Timber must be ordered over the phone or via email, the order will be prepared by staff and only once an invoice is paid in full can the timber be delivered or picked up. Where applicable sales staff may request a deposit to be paid on placing of order. ... . We will only be accepting trade customers on site in our factory and this will be limited to 2 customers at any one time. Trade customers are implored where possible to order over the phone and only where vitally necessary come on site in an effort to minimise staff contact. . It is important that all customers and staff are adhering to both social distancing and personal hygiene requirements, including wearing a mask. . Our trading hours remain as per normal (7.30am-4.15pm Monday-Friday) however we will no longer be open on Saturday mornings until further notice. . We pass on our best wishes to all of our loyal customers who have had to close over this 6 week period and hope that everyone can stay safe during this difficult time!
