A variety of events including MMA , boxing , kickboxing , BJJ ,Muay Thai , wrestling , Crossfit games , cheerleading , Medievil fighting , arm wrestling , live entertainment and much more . 20.01.2022 Hi guys , As of tomorrow , the Wednesday MMA class will now be at 5pm . A new time table will be available this week with some slight changes . We will look at having a few more classes put on in the future but we plan on keeping the times for the current classes set for now on . 13.01.2022 Matrix mma offers women’s only classes. Samara Louise Adams is our women’s striking coach holding classes on Tuesday’s from 5.30pm-6.30pm. Charmaine Thompson is our women’s bjj coach with classes on Saturday’s from 10am-11.30am. All skill and fitness levels are welcome, classes are $20 a session and first session is free. Come down and give it a go
