24.01.2022 Always warm up, even when your very eager to get in the gym to start looking good! Fun fact! Most people still do static stretching before the workout instead of after the workout, which can sometimes risk injury since your muscle's are not yet warm and pliable, and even weaken the muscle before trying to lift heavy.



18.01.2022 Recovery is just as important as the workout, so here's some things that you can do to speed it up and be able to hit that gym a little harder next time!
