We want to highlight and acknowledge some incredibly heart-warming behaviour that we've noticed in the past weeks and take a moment to say THANK YOU.... THANK YOU for continuing to send flowers and gifts to your loved ones (and those that have spoiled themselves at home). You've left us completely speechless. By continuing to support to us and our team, this also continues to support to our local suppliers, farmers, couriers and many other local businesses and families this flows on to. We're so humbled and very grateful. At this time, were moving to deliveries and pre-arranged contact-less collections only from our HQ in East Victoria Park, where we have plenty of space to operate safely and comply with government restrictions. This means our Claremont store will also now temporarily close. You can order deliveries both by phone or via our website. 09.01.2022 This Winter, we're highlighting again our focus on supporting local Farmers. We've created a "Winter Wonderland" range, which only uses flowers from local farmers. We also know that we're able to source these beautiful blooms right throughout the winter months.... Whilst sporadic imported flowers are available during this current world pandemic, our farmers come first. We'll still stock imported ranges when available, but the only thing we can depend on right now is each other and supporting local. 05.01.2022 We recognise increased uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and want to offer our reassurance that the health and well-being of our clients and team remain our highest priority. At this time, we are still open for business, however, this is not "Business as usual". We've made some important changes to minimise risk for clients and our team. This will allow us to remain open to service our clients and continue to support our local industry and the wider Western Australian econom...y. PAYMENTS We'll now only accept card payments (online, phone & in-store). We appreciate your understanding with this request. STORES At this time, our East Victoria Park and Northfield stores will be closed. Our Claremont store will remain open, with rigid physical distance measures in place. ACADEMY Right now, our classes are paused. We'll resume all current classes/courses when safe to do so. All future classes/courses scheduled will reflect estimates in return to social environments. CLAREMONT To comply with physical distance requirements, there will be a limit of two (2) clients in-store at any one time. Signs at our store will be in place and we kindly ask you to comply with this request. DELIVERIES We have introduced contact-less deliveries, where we are able to contact the recipient ahead of time and upon delivery, leaving the flowers/gift in their desired location. This option is available on our website and can be requested when ordering by phone. AVAILABILITY With global flight reductions and border restrictions, much of our normal fresh range may be unavailable. We have highlighted our focus on working closely with local growers to utilise what is grown locally and pass that product along to you, our wonderful clients.
