Our jam is made simply from the best ingredients; fresh local strawberries, Soso & Co. organic vanilla beans, lemon and sugar. Thats it! No preservatives, colours or additives. You cant beat that. Were a small family business, four of us doing all different facets from the cooking to photography to the website Were based in Scarborough, and pride ourselves on producing small batch, artisan preserves including jams, chutneys and pickles, using traditional family recipes and the best quality ingred...ients. We use local, fresh produce sourced predominantly from other small businesses, or handpicked from gardens and even outback Broome! We dont use any preservatives or additives and all products are GF, DF, vegan. So all you are getting is the good stuff!
