05.01.2022 goals . Start where you are now! It’s tempting when you start out or renew something to get caught up in thinking about what you used to be able to do or what you want to do. . Realistically getting back to where I used to be swimming wise is out of the question (unless you have a time machine). Right now I can do 50m of freestyle in just over 30seconds.
