18.01.2022 Warm and windy with a bit of cloud about. Not sure what the weather will do this weekend. Few campers just feeding the fish said they hadn't caught anything since Wednesday. We had 11 ml earlier in the week so grounds should be good for anyone venturing this way over the weekend. Drive safe wherever you are.

12.01.2022 Just been sent these two pics. Traffic lights and hail in Maude. The bridge work to upgrade to 10 tonne must be about to start. A hail storm left things pretty white.

10.01.2022 UPDATE: Owner called, The runaway has just walked in thanks everyone..... LOST Jack Russell, Tan silky coat with white chest and long legs. Lost on the reserve at the Nimmie bridge Sunday. If any one has seen this little fellow please message. He is a local dog and his owner is missing him terribly. Thanks

03.01.2022 Looking to being a fantastic weekend. The river has risen to just under 3/4 full and certainly looks cleaner each day. With the sun sparkling off it this morning the colour is a lovely green blue and clear for the first few cm which will hopefully mean great fishing for all. Camps are already setting up but still plenty of room for those on their way. Wherever you are have a safe happy weekend.
