22.01.2022 Another Maveric home coming along nicely! This is very similar in design to our 2019 display home which James & Meagan fell in love with. Some minor tweaks to suit the land and we are bringing their dream to life!

20.01.2022 Lots of afternoon sun streaming into this recent build. Our clients opted for a raked ceiling for their open plan living area, walk in showers and tucked away their laundry in their garage. The space saving laundry meant they could fit in a study. To be honest we went to several different builders and spoke to lots of people and the only reason we chose Maveric was because of... you! You emailed us when you said you would, you rang when you said you would and were always very approachable and helpful with ideas for the plan and interior as we needed. 16.01.2022 Recent handover in Kingston to a wonderful family. Beautiful timber accents throughout and did you spot their under stair storage solution? What kid wouldn't want to hide there! It's a fantastic family home and we wish for many happy memories to made here.

15.01.2022 Another handover, another glorious Tasmanian water view! Naturally the build for this was always centered around what the owners could see and why wouldn't you. There's an all in one bathroom, with back to wall bath, North facing study, large pantry and level access into a wider than average hall. ... Often we miss the mark on accessible homes and even though this family doesn't need it, it's worthwhile adding in any features you can during the build process. For the wonderful new home owners, may every day be as beautiful as this day was.

12.01.2022 James & Meagan fell in love with our Kingston display home, so with a few changes to suit their family, they now have their very own display home. It's beautifully finished with custom timber vanities, tiles laid in the ever popular herringbone pattern and black kitchen cabinetry. Views are glorious and seamless through the glass balustrade.... Seeing the smiles on our client's faces at the end of the build, is always a pleasure.

Solid Blackwood beams feature in the kitchen, the entrance is extremely inviting and built in cabinetry beautifully hides possessions. With the enormous range of colours, textures and styles now available, 2 homes are rarely the same.... May the home stay as warm and inviting for the owners as it was today.

That view has definitely been made the most of, with a 2.4m Stacker Door, raked ceiling and higher than average windows. A well lit entry hall, beautiful shades of green, strip lighting, large linen and huge all in one main bath, all add to the quality finish of this home.... May only smiles walk through the front door each night.
