21.01.2022 Routine was all out today, which completely threw me! Session goal was SUPER heavy 95-98% doubles of back squat and bench. Sessions like this I need my girls!! We train together for support, for laughs and for the push. Doing high intensity sessions are de-motivating on your own - you don't seem to push as hard as you do when you have your buddies with you. ... So, instead of skipping the session (which I completely contemplated!), I dragged my a** to the best local crossfit gym for the energy , and trained while my girl worked, and talk about manifestations, my other girl turned up just as I started - so gym buddy anyway Straight away my mood lifted and my energy rose. And it was more the fact that, for me, I am most powerful when I have people to talk to and push. Moral to the story. If you are feeling de-motivated, lack energy in your sessions then look deeper into why your feeling this way.
