We all want to feel good, look good & enjoy what life has to offer, don’t we? I want you to eat good food, drink great wine(moderation), feel strong & desirable, energetic & stimulate your mind. 25.01.2022 Create opportunities in your life It’s easier and safer to stay on the path of least resistance. 2020 has shown me and many people throughout the world that w...e need to implement life changes, focus on our health and fitness, buying online (nutrition, clothes or personal items), finding new ways to create a passive income to help us financially when things get tough. I’m creating opportunities by being open to new experiences so I can keep moving forward with a healthy positive outlook for the future.

24.01.2022 3 Part Process! We have 3 very important stages to achieve in the quest for success & self fulfilment. 1: HEALTH is an absolute crucial part of our existence, w...ithout it we’re in trouble. The care & knowledge about what we do physically & what we choose to put into our bodies is vital to the next 2 components. 2: Mental wellness is what drives us. We need to continually educate ourselves to help us grow emotionally & intelligently, develop our love, kindness & empathy for others. Or just simply be switched on to what life brings to us. 3: Beauty is an amazing feeling. It builds confidence, self esteem, pride & feeling desired (come on we all want it)! Aesthetically we all try to put our best visual self forward everyday. So continue with whatever you’re needs or wants are. I’m a huge believer & promoter of, if it makes you feel good then go for it. So my advice to you is to make your body in all departments your priority, don’t negotiate or neglect any of the 3 Steps. 23.01.2022 GUILT MUST GO!!! We all hold our self to ransom over things we’ve done or didn’t do & feel guilty or shame for it. WELL NO MORE!... Let’s work on self compassion & forgiveness. We punish our past choices surrounding relationships, food, behaviour, decisions but that’s what they are, PAST whether is 20 years ago or yesterday. We are all the sum of the Choices, Strength & Knowledge we have at that time. Everyday, I want you to CHALLENGE YOURSELF & leave behind the negative thoughts, the anxiety or choices you’ve made that’s associated in your past & replace them with POSITIVE talk, feelings, visualisation, determination & outlook on your successful present & future. 23.01.2022 You got to love this saying! I look at people everyday, men, women, big, small, tall & short. We are all so different in looks, size, shape, colour but the 1 thing we all have in common & share is our health & wellbeing.... I cant stress enough how important your health is! HEALTH doesn't just mean your physical either, its a combination of all the factors of your life , physically, mentally, emotionally! 20.01.2022 It’s super important to have a goal. Then we should work back from that goal to where you’re starting. By working on our behaviours such as new mindset, better nutrition, scheduled exercise, better sleep habits, balanced finances,... more social input, healthier relationships etc. What happens is we then create attainable wins of success towards our goals. The more we focus on behavioural adjustments and improvements the quicker the optimal results come.

17.01.2022 7 DAYS A WEEK!!! How many of just try and get through the week so you can LIVE for the weekends? STOP DOING IT... Based on a general year that’s only 104 out of 365 days. I want you to get out of the weekly process of get up > go to work > come home > dinner > go to bed > repeat Get spontaneous, change things up, join a fitness group, meet friends for a drink (midweek) walk on the beach after work, take you dinner to the park for a picnic, try something new. I’ve watched this in my group fitness sessions & been a part of this system throughout my life journey so far and it works. When we feel we are supported, encouraged and can be lifted up when it’s needed, there is nothing we can’t achieve. So please be surrounded by a great team/network of people and create your success. 12.01.2022 THE NEW ME I’ve started on a journey of ageing younger. Everyone knows I’m all about health fitness and well-being so we can feel and function to our optimal level in our lives.... But over the years of neglect and being too manly for face cream I’ve realised the damage that’s been done ... I don’t know about you but I don’t want to look older than I am. I never thought about it much until I noticed I was getting old I forgotten an essential part of myself and that is the immediate and long-term health of my skin. So I’m on a quest to be the best version of myself by my 50th birthday which is in two years and actually look fresher firmer and younger than I do today ... I feel it’s like getting my face fully serviced detailed with a top-quality cut and polish at Face Today ... My goal is to age younger, feel great and look youthful. No more neglect and sun damage for me! We spend so much time money and effort on our cars, homes, boats etc well I’m more important than any of those things, so I’ve decided that if not now then when? Sometimes FEAR of the situation in front of us, the unknown, ...the outcome, other people’s opinion or view, failures from past experiences all get in the way of feeling confident! I put this out there right now...........to HELL with those things holding us back. It’s time to step up, step forward and take charge!! If you think it , say it. If you feel it , embrace it. 02.01.2022 I love my (Job) I get to meet, interact with, and connect with many different clients everyday! It is so uplifting being a part of someone’s journey to a living a healthier lifestyle I get to make positive changes in the lives of my clients and see their transformations over the weeks, months and years.... I train so many amazing people and establish very strong relationship with them. I have become so close with many of my clients that many of them have become good friends! The ability to use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness to help enrich somebody else’s life. I look forward to going to work everyday! Not only do I have incredible clients to train everyday but my workplace on the Cairns Esplanade is brilliant. Seeing clients’ confidence change as their body changes, they reach their goals and they are proud of what they have accomplished! Being inspired by my clients everyday!
