17.01.2022 Spaghetti Squash in-store now. PALEO friendly, gluten free, low calorie & high fibre...and fun. Cut in half (lengthwise), scoop out the seeds, bake for about 30mins at 180 degs, then scrape the flesh with a fork to make noodles. Try as a vego pasta served with your favourite pasta sauce; or simply as a roasted veg that happens to form into little strands - add a squeeze of lemon and few dollops of pesto.

BUT the challenge will be choosing which vanilla icecream - the old favourites Peters, Connoisseur, etc, but also Murray St; Appleby Farms; Bisou GF & 99% sugar free; Over the Moo coconut GF& dairy free; COYO coconut organic dairy free & vegan; PANA diary free.
