Make the weight a heavy, challenging weight for the sets of 8 and rest for 60 seconds between sets. Drop to a lighter weight for the sets of 12. Last 2 reps for all sets should be a struggle. If anything doesn't feel right, don't do it! Leg Extention, 8 reps x 4 sets... Leg Curl, 8 reps x 4 sets Kettle bell squats, 8 reps x 4 sets 45 Leg Press, 8 reps x 4 sets Leg Extention, 12 reps x 4 sets Leg Curl, 12 reps x 4 sets Kettle bell squats, 12 reps x 4 sets 45 Leg Press, 12 reps x 4 sets Jump squats to fatigue to finish you off... I mean finish off.
