Considering the slowing down of the new cases of Corona,Our Government has flagged to move the restrains from Level 3 to Level 2 From after 27th Of this April.... Though we can not offer full level of treatments as yet ,we can do Emergencies,Braces and non aerosol producing treatments. We will be Opening our Doors to start seeing our patients from 1ST MAY. Still few precautions will be in place 1)Symptoms exposure of Covid history over phone on Day before ,on the same day of appointment and on upon Arrival. 2)When you arrive please wait in car in the parking and give our reception a ring to notify us. 3)Any one over 18,please present yourself with no companians or only one companian to be seated in reception while we provide the treatment to you..For kids under 18,please accompany with One guardian/Parent 4)On arrival your temperatures will be recorded 5)Use the Sanitizer provided at reception 6)Will be asked to rinse with mouth wash and spitting in cup than in Spittoon(To ensure Minimal spread of droplets around).. What to know about Covid -19 No need to get panic,as it is not dreadful in a normal healthy patient. Then why to worry? It is highly contagious. A healthy person who contracted infection might not show any symptoms ,but could be a carrier.They might not even know they are carrier.Then when this carrier comes in contact with any personal who have weak immunity issues,or underlying medical complications,Elderly people or very young kids,they can get infection through them. What is flattening the curve? For any emergency situation of a patient, they need ICU and isolated medical facilities. 01.01.2022 To our valued patients, we care deeply about your health and well-being. We have been closely following updates on recommendations from the Australian Government Health Department. In addition to following the usual Standard Precautions, we are implementing some changes to ensure the safety of our patients as well as our team members. All toys and magazines will be removed from the lounge. All high touch surfaces in common areas will be disinfected routinely throughout the ...day. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sanitize your hands. You will also be asked about any recent travels or that of any family members/co-inhabitants. We will take your temperature as well. If it makes you more comfortable to wait in your car, you have the option of calling us to alert us of your arrival. We will call you to come to operatory once it is ready for you. Once you have been brought to your operatory, you will be given a pre-procedural rinse to be used prior to beginning your treatment. We ask that only well patients and necessary caregivers present for appointed procedures. As such, we will reschedule any appointments as needed due to fever, coughing, sneezing or even as a result of the school closures.
