19.01.2022 There's exercises, then there's exercises 2.0! Having your heels elevated will target your Quads more (Front of your thighs), whereas if you lean on your heels/take pressure off the toes by elevating them, you'll be targeting your hamstrings and general rear muscles more So remember, Heels up = thighs.. Toes up = Back side
