With MCA is the head contractor for all installation and miscellaneous fabrication works. MCA has supplied all personnel, plant and machinery for the installation works including cranage using MCA’s cranes. ... The installation work has included construction of the following Screening Building Steelwork. Crusher Building Steelwork 700 tonne of structural steel Over 1km of conveyors both gantry and ground modules with 250t of structural steel Chutework including liner installation Vibrating Screen Dust Scrubbers Hoists Piping, Process Water &Fire Water Tie-ins to Existing Infrastructure Commissioning There have been over 45000 man hrs on this project with zero lost time or medical treated injury
