22.01.2022 How’s this for a throwback! The amazing Erin McArthur in around 2001! Thanks to her mum Andrea McArthur for sending through. Since this time Erin has become one of the most decorated McAleer Championship competitors with multiple Senior Champion of Champions titles too

21.01.2022 The Beginning for Kathleen McAleer "There was a real shortage of competitions for dancers, and the time was right 23 years ago to start something new in Melbourne. The first McAleer Feis, had 60 competitors and it has grown to the Championship it is today. It has and will always be a highlight of my dancing career' Advice to dancers "That whilst we are not together in 2020, let's be together in spirit and look back on the amazing memories we have made and look forward to many more to come."

07.01.2022 Jacquie Bigby, teacher with the McAleer Irish Dance School shares her memories of the McAleer Feis. "The McAleer feis has always been my favourite competition of the year. As a dancer, it was the first time I got to see my interstate friends for the year and signified the beginning of the competition season. Now as a TCRG, I have so much pride seeing our school community come together to put on an amazing event." Everyone remembers the moment they end up on the blocks!
