18.01.2022 Well we start back this weekend for Year 7-11 (Year 12 have been going hard and fast for the last two weeks). I hope everyone has had a fantastic break? And if not, I hope you have seen just a little something shining brightly that might have flickered in your peripheral vision. With the prep for Year 12, we managed to have 2 weeks rest which was most appreciated. We are ready to embrace 2021 with the passion needed to deliver a dynamic English programme.... 2020 HSC students have touched base with us. There are budding doctors, dentists, lawyers and business tycoons in the making. Everyone seems excited to start the new phase of their lives. The positive feedback they have given about their experience here at the College is humbling. We have had an influx of new students and a new teacher joining our ranks in the past few weeks. So to borrow the words of Abraham Lincoln ‘onward and upward’ I trust you have finished your novels and enjoyed every word digested upon the page! Literature is one of the richest tools you will have in life’s journey. Quoting from even the simplest of books, You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go (Oh, the Places You’ll Go!
