24.01.2022 I know it's short notice but McGlynn Scott Building are looking for an enthusiastic young person to join our team as a School Based apprentice. An add has run in the paper over several weeks but in case you missed it , please let me know asap as the applications close Monday the 19th of December.

23.01.2022 It’s been a while since our last post but rest assured our crew have been working hard and we’ve delivered several beautiful houses to very happy clients. It’s been a different, and at times difficult period. It has see us adapt and Implement new measures to keep our workers, sub-contractors, suppliers and clients all safe and Informed as best we can. 18.01.2022 Here is a few photo's from our final hand over for the year. A really stylish house on a small block that has been well designed to maximize the space inside. A simple but classy Kitchen and 2 beautiful bathrooms add a special touch. Our clients were once again wonderful to work for and have been busy with the landscaping since we finished.

16.01.2022 Heart of Hart St This is a Beautiful example of how to mash some classic old style with sparkling new. Stunning Black Butt timber floors, painted pressed metal splashback & free standing Ilve oven are just a few of the standout features of this classic styled house. With a huge entertainers deck and a open living area, there is plenty of room for the extended family to gather. I’m sure Trev and Di will have many years of happiness in their new home. Thanks again to all the fantastic tradesmen and women that worked on this project

14.01.2022 When building in an established area of town, its important to design and build the house to fit in. This house both suits the area beautifully and stands out amongst all others. With details to add character and finishes to add class. With simple details like the fretwork, vented gables, finials and polished concrete, it all adds up to the complete package. Polished floorboards, glass splashbacks and Ilve appliances will make this house very livable for Tom and Carmel, for many years to come. Can’t wait to see a new fence and garden to complete your home. This is the last handover for 2020. Thank you to all the wonderful clients we have built for this year and a big thanks to all the fantastic trades people that have helped bring these houses to life. 08.01.2022 Here is the latest McGlynn Scott home to be handed over. With amazing features around every corner, its hard to take it all in in one viewing. Kaden and Sarah have great eye for detail and picked beautiful, eye catching fixtures and fittings. It been a pleasure working on this project.

07.01.2022 Here are some photos of an absolutely stunning Extension/ Renovation that we finished recently. This was a major project and we are very proud of the finished product. Thank you Peter and Louise for entrusting McGlynn Scott to transform this house into beautiful home you have now.

05.01.2022 As promised here are the photo's of the Beautiful house that we have just completed. Simply stunning black walnut floors , are a great contrast to the white walls. Magnificent kitchen with Smeg appliances and a Bathroom with a claws foot bath and black shower screen and taps are just a few of the features. Big thanks to all the local subcontractors that help us to produce such wonderful houses.

04.01.2022 PARADISE BY THE SEA. When we were given the scope of works for this job, it was simple. Low maintenance, Coastal style, Plenty of room to live and above all, take in the beautiful views. And we are happy to say, The owners Love it. Handed over just in time for Easter. Thanks to all our wonderful tradesman that worked on this job. And a big thank you to Max and Trish who were fantastic to work for.

04.01.2022 The Sea Change. Last week we where proud to hand over this Big, Bold and Beautiful house, that will make the perfect sea change for a Lovely couple from the big smoke. Beware, some of the colours are not for the faint hearted but when the furniture gets added, it will be a fantastic family home. Beautiful views from all angles, both sea and bushland, it’s hard to capture it all. Thanks again to all our fantastic trades that make our clients dreams come to fruition. 01.01.2022 Well 2019 has been a very productive year at McGlynn Scott. We have produced some stunning homes and we can’t wait to continue this trend next year. We have worked right up to Christmas Eave with 2 more houses handed over in time for Santa and 2 more happy families/ Clients. On that note we would like to wish all our valued clients along with all our fantastic tradies, a wonderful Christmas and a happy and safe New Year.
