14.01.2022 Introducing our new social series ! We chat to our team members about their role and how they’re adapting to #lockdownlife. First up, Sandra, an Account Director based in our sunny Gold Coast office! Workwise, has there been an upside of this lockdown? The commute is very short!... What’s your best tip for staying connected with your team while working remotely? Daily phone catch ups and video meetings. What’s your favourite #WFH snack at the moment? Fruit, coconut yogurt and chocolate (in no particular order) How have you passed the time while staying at home? Yoga, reading and walking my dogs. #WFHdiaries

13.01.2022 Next up in our series is Pam Pam works in a dual role, both as an Account Director as well as a Business Development Manager. , . #. = , & . Work wise, what’s one ...positive we can take out of this #lockdown? I don’t have to rush around to beat traffic, get the kids up, dressed and out the door to school by 9am. Being home means I have quick access to my laptop and my phone, so jumping into a meeting has never been easier, not just for me but also for my clients, they are always available to talk. I’ve started to enjoy it more lately, even though both my husband and I are working from home and trying to homeschool, which is really challenging, it’s nice knowing we are all home, healthy and safe together. You’re already our #WFH expert what’s your best advice for staying focused at home? You need your own quiet ‘home office’ area. Wake up early and keep to a regular routine. Try to avoid distractions, which is hard now with kids at home. Check in with your team as much as possible so they know what you’re working on and vice versa. What’s your best tip for staying connected with your team while working remotely? We have ongoing communication on Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and we tend to pick up the phone and talk to one another when required. I actually see them face-to-face now more so than ever. How are you passing the time in lockdown? I’m walking more in the mornings as the gym’s closed, I’ve mastered a few amazing new cocktails and weirdly become pretty good at baking bread.
