03.01.2022 1750mm wide Pivot Door with Fritz Jurgens Pivot system. This system allowed us to have an opening of 1630mm where most ordinary pivot systems will only allow 1100mm. This door weighed over 130kg and seemed totally weightless due to the advanced hardware inside the door.

03.01.2022 It's not often I get to go back to jobs when they're totally finished but I'm so glad I was able to visit this one in Floreat WA. The owners went for a nautical theme throughout the house and it looks amazing. This pivot door is very unique with its port hole style glazing and strong timber pull handle. The maritime theme follows on with the circular bedroom window. I installed this joinery at the early stages of the build and Millstone Homes have done an exceptional job finishing this one.
