24.01.2022 We won 1st place for our gourmet sausages and 1st place in the Aussie lamb categories . The stand out snags were honey mint and rosemary lamb , persian lamb with dates feta and figs , pumpkin, shallots and feta lamb .We've got 12 gourmet flavors out for sale this weekend , something to temp any tast buds. We make all our gourmet sausages from our own blends of herbs and spices and they are all gluten free with no artificial colors or flavours. (We dont buy in premade commercial sausage meals.) So if you're in town and want to throw a award winning healthy snag on the bbq come and see us.

We have fresh smoked bacon from our smokehouse ready to be sliced today. Just a reminder that this Saturday is our last trading day before we close for 2 weeks for holidays.
