15.01.2022 This Saturday 15 December 9.30-10.30am I will be offering a Walking Meditation in the Himeji Japanese Garden, South Terrace Adelaide. The entrance is off South Terrace between Pulteney and Hutt Street. Many of the group have expressed an interest in a walking Meditation for some time. A lovely way to end off the year. Following the Meditation there will be an opportunity to have a cuppa together in Hutt Street for those available. If you are interested and would like to join us please let me know on 0402257283. Class times: Monday 7.30 PM Friday 9.30 AM These are run by an accredited meditation teacher Maureen Ritchie with over 10 Years experience. She is also a qualified Social Worker and Counsellor.
