22.01.2022 Is laughter the best medicine? Maybe those po-faced meditation monks are onto something?

21.01.2022 Got a job interview or public speaking opportunity coming up? Our Golden Light Visualisation on Insight Timer might be the perfect preparation. Evoking a felt sense of safety and protection by experiencing body sensations of softness, looseness and warmth, it's also an ideal visualisation practice for people who think that they can't visualise :) Please give it a listen and leave a rating www.insighttimer.com

21.01.2022 Five places left for this course where you'll be encouraged to meditate in your own way. Rather than worrying about whether our meditation experience lives up to a set of standards imposed from outside, can we think of meditation as a form of rest in which we process our experience and this process unfolds at its own pace in its own time? When we're resting, do we judge ourselves for the quality of our rest and try to have the perfect rest? When we're breathing, do we judge o...urselves for the quality of our breath and try to have the perfect breath? Why be so hard on ourselves about our meditation practice? We can learn to trust ourselves and trust the meditation experience that we're having rather than trying for the elusive "perfect" meditation that we think we're meant to be having.

21.01.2022 The Meditation Solutions Facebook page now has 299 likes. I'll give a prize to whoever becomes our 300th liker your choice of a meditation book or a CD set. :)
