24.01.2022 Hey all, welcome to the group! Through this page I hope to share what I have found myself and the continued journey to peace and experiencing life as it is. Meditation for me has not been about finding some sort of peace or zen in the meditation time but about the practice itself deepening your moment to moment day to day experience of life. Enriching every breath and every waking moment as a result of meditation practice. And in doing so you also become a magnet for others w...ho want this same experience, effortless wisdom and peace. It is not the teacher that creates the powerful field it is the group, the advanced mediators will only help the beginners like placing a log next to one that is already burning opposed to starting your own fire rubbing two sticks together. 02.01.2022 - How long should I meditate for ? - 30 minutes is excellent. - but I don’t have any time, I’m way too busy. - if you need more time in your day meditate for 60 minutes.
