He served on the Federation of International Touch Referees Panel, has attended countless national and international tournaments, and became a TFA Life Member in 2014. 16.01.2022 TFWA is pleased to announce that Annabelle Connolly has been the successful applicant for the vacant State Referee Program Panel Coach Coordinator position. Ann...abelle brings a wealth of experience, talent and enthusiasm to the role and is a great addition to the State Referee Panel who are looking to continue some excellent work being done prior to the COVID-19 shut down. With plans in place to advance the development and recruitment of referees building on the platform set from previous panels. Recently the Chair of the State Referee Program Panel (SRPP) Pat Elshaw resigned to spend more time with his family. We wish to publicly thank Pat for his tireless work and expertise in the role as Chair of the SRPP and wish him all the best for the future. A replacement for Pat will be announced soon.

Final as an assistant sideline referee and was awarded with a Referee pack! Any currently unqualified / unbadged referee wishing to attend this Level 1 TFA accredited course are to contact Russell Hendry on [email protected] or text 0408064618 with their names, contact numbers and email address before 19th JUNE. Further Information and paperwork for this course will be emailed to you after this date Course Date: Saturday 31st July. Venue: Gladstone Touch Association Clubhouse. Time: TBC. Please bring a whistle, water bottle, hat and sunscreen for some field work. Morning tea will be provided. (Please inform the course facilitator of any dietary requirements). Please note: Any Junior referees wishing to attend must first be approved by their GJTA committee / referee coordinator.
