All toys and gifts go to support underprivileged children who will not otherwise receive a toy at Christmas, as well as Got Your Back Sista (Domestic Violence Charity) based in Newcastle. How can you help?? There is a collection box in our shop for new, unwrapped toys, as well as gift cards suitable for older children. No wrapped presents please. 02.01.2022 We are tremendously saddened to learn early today of the tragic passing of Dean Thomas, one of our little bakery's most loyal and loved customers. Dean was an extraordinarily kind, selfless, giving, and warm hearted man, who brightened all of our mornings in Medowie as he enjoyed his coffee and breakfast at his regular table for much of the last 5 years. Dean was tragically killed in a truck accident on the Gwydir Highway, Jackadgery, 40 kilometres west of Grafton on Monday afternoon. Rest in peace Dean, you will be sincerely missed by all of us.
