15.01.2022 Medowie Social Booking Policy - Please be patient with us while we develop and refine our bookings procedures. - Maximum booking size is 20 guests - For the moment all bookings can be made in person at the venue or over the phone. Please avoid busy service times to call or pop in to make a booking.... - No tentative bookings will be taken. - Please let us know as soon as possible if your numbers change, we will do our best but may not be able to increase your numbers if we are already fully booked. - Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time after which it will be reallocated to any waiting customers. - You are welcome to bring a cake, we can store it in our coolroom at your own risk. We do not hold any responsibility for dropped or damaged cakes while on the premises. - You are welcome to bring small table decorations such as balloons or placemats. NO confetti of any kind. No candles (birthday candles on cake are ok). No balloons are to be released outside and all balloons must be taken with you at the end of your booking. - Lunch bookings at 12pm and Dinner bookings before 7pm are for a maximum of 1.5 hours. These tables will be rebooked for a second seating if required. We recommend looking at the menu before you arrive and ordering as soon as possible after arriving to ensure meals are delivered in time. - No kids tables. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Please be mindful of other guests while dining with us and respect others' right to enjoy their visit. - Shoes must be worn at ALL times by ALL guests. Please take note of our trading hours: Monday & Tuesday - CLOSED Wednesday to Sunday - Bistro Open Lunch: 12pm - 2.30pm & Dinner: 5pm - 8pm - Coffee & Cake 11.30am - 8pm - Bar open 12pm -10pm
