15.01.2022 So, who's ready to go to the movies? Wondering what going to the cinema might be like post lockdown? 15.01.2022 Today’s treats-to-self! Dinner was sorted with meals I ordered from the @fair_feed crew, Nonna’s lasagna and the Beef & Blackbean brisket with rice by Matti Fallon and the @monarchcakes cheesecake . If you want to support local, FairFeed meals are created by chefs from all over Melbourne currently unable to work thanks to Covid... you can have your order delivered, or if you’re local (like me) you can collect . The meals are fresh, just need to be re-heated (and the people behind FairFeed are lovely and very patient with customers like me, suffering a bit of Covid-brain today ). Dinner was delicious and we have left overs for lunch #FairFeed #melbournelockdown2020 #melbournelockdown #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness #supportlocalbusiness #melbourneeats @ Elsternwick Vic 3185

13.01.2022 Every Friday a bestie and I make our morning walk a mission to check out a croissant within our 5km bubble... we’ve been very dedicated in this mission and the results are in for my fave 4 (note we have tried others but just sharing my top ones, and note they have been revisited to ensure quality was consistent ): @bakemono packs a buttery punch (we sourced ours from @bench.coffee.co) @qlebaker is my #1 for balance of crunch, butter and chewy inside @bakerbleu is sup...er dense and delivers on chewy butteryness (definitely need to try that one again) and @nedsbake (pictured) is a good all rounder- big on crunch Where’s your favorite croissant from?? What do you look for in taste and texture? #fatfriday #croissant #croissantlover #isolife #5kmbubble #melbournelockdown
