Covering all topics from biggest turn offs, to what they focus most on when determining if you could be right for a role - there are plenty of light bulb moments and gems of wisdom. Questions include:... - What do you notice first and what makes you read on? - Photo or no photo? Colour or no colour? Word or pdf? - How far back should your professional history go? - What details should we include regarding referees? - Should we mention side gigs? - How much personal information is too much?
