If your baby is exclusively breastfeeding (not yet eating solid food) there is no need to give them any additional water. All the water they need is supplied in the breast milk. In fact, giving water instead of milk may interfere with your milk supply. Make sure you are well hydrated though. Take a water bottle out with you so your body has what it needs to make milk for your baby.
