23.01.2022 2) Kissing your baby will change your breast milk That irresistible urge to plant kisses all over your baby will also help to boost her immune system: when you ...kiss your baby, you are sampling the pathogens on her skin which are then transferred to your lymphatic system where you will produce antibodies to any bugs. These antibodies will then pass through your breast milk to your baby and boost her immune system. https://www.boobiebikkies.com.au//11-amazing-facts-about-/?

15.01.2022 Here is a Conversation article I wrote with Professor David Ellwood over the weekend on COVID-19 and pregnancy, birth and immediate postnatal care. I am mindful... there is so much anxiety out there that we need to calm this down, especially for pregnant women. I hope this is helpful and you can refer women to it. Stay strong all and please share so we get some balance out there. See more

15.01.2022 How do contractions change the shape of your uterus during labor? Contractions pull the uterus upwards to increase the density of the fundus, the top portion of the uterus, so that it is more powerful when pushing your baby out! Watch the video to learn more!

05.01.2022 Another midpelvis opening that I love is stair climbing!! I’m not sure all my clients love it as much as me though... Sideways walking up stairs incorporates t...he elements of midpelvis opening: sideways and uneven hip movements. I recommend holding onto the railing and having your supportive partner walk lower on the stairs than you as an additional source of support. You can also try double steps if your mobility and strength allow for it! I would still step down with single steps, but explore it!
